After having recently moved north from Florida during a snowstorm our welcome to the area had been less than warm. That all changed when we had the pleasure of experiencing the superior customer service from Daniel. With a warm and welcoming personality and an affable disposition. Daniel used his engineering skills to walk us through the self storage process. We not only feel comfortable that our items are secure at a reasonable price, but we will forever be grateful for Daniel’s humor and kindness!

He took the time to show me around and made sure to give me information about the building and best practices that look out for other customers who rent there, such as ensuring to lock the door and close the garage door. Arif and Daniel both took good care of me from moment I submitted online request. Just finished moving first of several trips. Cube was reserved and clean as they said and they oriented me to the space before confirming. They dont take AMEX and there is a security fee on top of monthly rent, so just be aware. But great customer service.
