Tracy was amazing. Everytime I had a concern or issue she was right there able to help. She truly was the reason Ive stayed with extraspace, moving everything out and finding a new place is such a hassle but she was able to work with me and help me find a middle ground everytime. Not to forget the rest of everyone I spoke with, ive never had an issue that wasnt resolvable. Feels like someone actually treats you like a human and has your interests at heart as well. Forever thankful for the location I picked and the great expereince Ive had. If you choose to store at this location, you won't be disappointed.

Tracy has great customer service. She help my son & myself with 2nd unit and when we thought that we hit a bump in the road with the email she was patient & kind and got it working. I was very pleased with her service I will recommend you guys to my friends. Thanks again

My experience was wonderful. The thing I loved the most is some of the flexibility with payments. It wasn't always easy to deal with storage fees and things especially under the distress I was in due to the tree falling on my house. Things were always clean and the storage was always easily accessible. Thanks Alicia

I have been with Extra Space Storage for nearly two years, or over and overall, my experience has been positive. The facility is always clean, well-kept, and secure. The Bluetooth entry is a great modern touch that adds both convenience and peace of mind. I’ve always appreciated the professionalism of the staff and the consistent attention to customer service throughout my time here. That said, I want to address a concern that’s been weighing heavily on my mind. Recently, I have been navigating a personal life crisis that has temporarily impacted my ability to pay on time. Despite this, I have always valued being a responsible, long-term tenant who respects both the property and the business. Given my history with Extra Space Storage, I am requesting consideration for a rate decrease or at least a return to my original price point. It’s disheartening to see such significant increases, especially for tenants who have demonstrated commitment and consistency over time. In real estate and housing, long-term residents are typically shown understanding and rewarded for their loyalty. I hope the same principle can apply here. Management changes are part of business, and while I have seen several over the past two years or so, I truly valued the previous teams and look forward to seeing how the current team continues that legacy of care and fairness. Extra Space Storage continues to excel in cleanliness, technology, and accessibility. My hope is that it also stands out for compassion and fairness—especially toward long-standing customers who have weathered life’s storms but remain loyal to the brand.
