She made us feel open to asking questions....oppose to waiting, visiting other storage places or returning on another day to make our decisions. Our company decided to rent our storage unit on today. Top notch facility and service

Customer service was great! The facility was very well kept and clean. The only place I can see room for improvement is that the big windows in the office need those pull down shades. The sun beating down made the office very warm - I can't imagine what it's like for the desk person in the summer.
