This is hands down the best experience I've ever had with a storage facility. The staff is friendly and willingly addresses any concerns you may have. The storage grounds are well kept and the units are cheaper than others I've rented with. If you're looking for a storage unit look no further you're in the right place.

I visited this store today! Ron Hirsch has the Best Customer Service. He is really nice and helped me to get a storage unit the same day for a reasonable price. I have been shopping for storage room locations. I went in on a Saturday and Jason was kind and patient not only did he show me the storage rooms he also explained the fees. The location is clean and easy access. If you have doubts on where to go for a quality storage room that dosent damage the pockets definitely give Storage Mart at Baker Rd an opportunity.

I have 4 units at the 617 Baker Rd. location, that I acquire at different times in the month of September. Each time I went in, I was greeted by the wonderful Ron. He has been nothing but pleasant and very helpful and even funny, at times. Each time I explain to him what I was putting in the unit, he gave me the right size. He’s always pleasant, and makes my day when I see him. I even heard he would like to have a fundraiser at this location for the children with down syndrome. That would be great for publicity and I would love to volunteer my services. So awesome job Ron Keep up the good work.
