I was a customer here for about 8 years before the new owners took over. After the ownership change, the terms and fees changed significantly. For example, even though I already had insurance, I was told I would be charged an additional $30/month for insurance. They also cut off my lock to install their own lock and I was not reimbursed for the lock that was removed. They they continued to nickel and dime me until I was able to get out of there, using my stored items as leverage. They also attempted to raise my rate by 83%. Based on these experiences, I do not recommend this business under the new ownership.

I didn't have to ask many questions because he touch base on every question you think about asking. 3 months 50% off was a great deal I would recommend my friends and family

In my opinion the store manager Zaneta Washington was first class all the way to grew the whole rental process step by step make sure we understood one hundred percent of the rules insurance safety precautions due dates gate codes ext. We started renting here right before they started making a lot of improvements and it’s been worth it. This place is a little cheaper but the service is great and they keep it clean. Zaneta in the office is wonderful and efficient. She makes this a 5 star rental experience.
