Setting up the storage was super easy. The staff here is absolutely phenomenal! When it came to moving out of the storage was very easily done inside the app. I recommend this storage company to anybody! It was so smooth coming in and leaving!

This is my first time renting a storage unit and the gentlemen working in the office was very helpful and personable. We had a long conversation about the features of the facility and how things operate. He also made me feel welcome and appreciated. I strongly recommend choosing extra space storage after this experience.

Extra Space Storage, Bonney Lake. They have been very accommodating to our current needs/situation. Our family has had several members who have now enter long term medical care facilities. Extra Space storage were convenient and closely located to where we are planning to have an estate sale. They had a promotion that was a tremendous benefit to getting us into the warmer months. The staff has been tremendously helpful in getting us into a larger unit that was actually better suited to our needs. The facility is very clean and tidy, with plenty of carts. I have never had to go look for one. I do enjoy the upbeat music played throughout. It’s convenient, clean, with the exceptional staff, the price and quality are worth every penny. Jacqueline B

The staff was pleasant and personable. They walked me through everything, explained how to get to my unit, the price is very affordable, and the buildings and units are very clean. All in all, I would recommend this place to anyone needing a place to store their belongings

The rental process was so easy. We had a nice walk through of units and chose the one we wanted. The space is very clean and anytime we have been there its very quiet as well. Definitely recommend this place.
