The owners Kay and Phil run a respectable business. They keep it very clean. They have beautiful spacious units with power. The prices beat the competitors. Tenants are welcomed to the rented unit 24 hours a day. There are security cameras that are MONITORED 24 hours a day to ensure your items are protected. Although the units may be visited during the 24 hour time, the owners make certain that there aren’t people living, or staying for long periods of time in their rented unit, which is nice. This is a wonderful place to keep your property. We are grateful to be able to rent a few units here . We feel our items and surrounding areas where we choose to keep our things are safe and secure. Thank you!

Such a wonderful place to store our belongings! We appreciate the cleanliness of the entire property. It's a good feeling to know your things are safe. 24 hour security system. Cameras and staff on top of things at all times! We rented a second unit as well. In business for over 40 years! The owner Phil and his wife have been doing something right! I love the facility and accommodations. 24hr access, individual alarms for each unit, every unit of every size has a loft and outlets and lights. Best of all he rents to bands that need a place to practice late at night and the rates are very very competitive. Downside is the 80 year old owner judges you, screams at you, locks you out of your unit because he forgets you paid, threatens to kick you out whenever he sees you, pulls a .357 pistol one people and openly say he hated homeless people and is "as mean to them as he can be without getting himself arrested." He also tries to permanently kick people out for having their genuine and legitimate service dog there. Oh he categorizes homeless by saying if you own a bike or a backpack you're one of them. But there's no less than a dozen people living in their units.

Phil is one of the rudest unprofessional people I've ever had to deal with. If you rent from him he will automatically think you're a garbage person. Not to mention he's wishy-washy about his business protocols. Update on new owners. I had to move States unexpectedly and no one, and I mean no one can get ahold of these guys. Out of the frying pan and into the fire.
