The manager was quite helpfull all , though we had to wait to sign up 15 min mgr was at another sight opening up,she was ausom my first contact with my phone was not so positive the operator was rude .I thought I could go up with cash and get a unit .she said I could not use a debit or credit card if she were to tell me your policy is no cash now it would not have been such a confrontation. This sight should have a card to give to your customers for unit and code No her fault may be they were out

I have a unit in 16th st NW Auburn and I happen to meet the property Manager on that day and she goes by the name Sing ,I was having some problems with the unit and she was able to address the issue with ease and am really satisfied thanks to her.
