From the months before I officially moved into my unit, Mike was extremely helpful from afar. He assisted me in choosing the right size unit and move-in date for my cross-country move, plus he kept me informed about discounts and moving truck access. Move-in day was a breeze and the hand carts and gate access/parking super simple. This meant I paid less hours in the moving crew. Units are spotless, halls well-lit, and access is secure. The units are climate-controlled, something that was promised at my previous storage but definitely did not happen evidenced by soggy and stained boxes when I moved out of it. Staff are very friendly and ready to remedy access code issues and answer questions on holidays. Would definitely reuse this facility anytime! Highly recommend for peace of mind.

I have had a 10x10 for a few years starting at $120 monthly, it has gone up to over $300 this year. I found several others in In the area with much lower costs, when I went to get my belongings from my unit I found several mouse droppings on my furniture and in the drawers, you could smell a strong urine odor coming from one of the units next to mine, the roof is open like cubic holes so idk if someone brought their belongings with mice in them and that's where it came from. Anyway, WAY OVER PRICED. I moved to a different storage company with insulated ceiling for my own unit, so no open area shared with others plus it's bigger and it is less than $100 monthly. We JUST got our last load out of College Point Storage, in Lacey, WA, after 6 YEARS!!! Very clean, safe and well maintained place, with WONDERFUL staff( thank you Mike)! Not ONE bug or rodent dropping! Super easy experience for loading our treasures, both in and out with their carts! Thank you, thank you College Point Storage!!!!

Awful, rude, judgmental, and makes up rules as they go. I have never in my life been treated with such aggresive pushy judgment and cast away. We were restricted bcus of someone I am associated with that came to storage with someone I don't even know and now my days and hours are all cut back. Then because of trauma and PTSD I'm organizing the area with my door partly shut and they escort me from the premesis overly aggressively and staring me down the entire time with disgusted looks on their faces. Two large men. Just found out my friend was taken off of restricted mode bcus she told the training manager that she put me on a bus to Tennessee. I'm not even the reason for the restriction in the first place

College Point Storage makes it very easy to get into a unit. From the time you make a reservation online to the time you move in. This is my 2nd time renting a unit from this location. The gentleman helping at the front desk was so kind. I believe his name was Michael Olguín. Great customer service interactions are very few far between these days. I walked out of the office in shock.
