Tristan is fantastic. He’s who I initially rented the unit through, who I’ve talked to any time I need assistance, and he’s always respectful and helpful. Despite having to deal with the inconvenient mistakes of other employees/managers, I’m still giving the business five stars primarily because of Tristan’s customer service. Their prices are great and they’re reasonable with price increases. The location is ideal for our current situation living in Colbert and traveling to Newport sometimes. Their security, cleanliness, and professionalism of the place is also greatly appreciated. The way it’s ran is top notch.

So far the service has been good, check in was quick and fairly easy and everything was explained well. The facility is brand new and well maintained. Prices are a little on the high side but society is willing to pay them.
