Being a part of the Gray Fire we started looking for deals once we were ready. We found deals on Black Friday and needed a place to store our future deals, appliances and such. I called and found the right size unit and was able to do arrange everything over the phone and on that day. Good deal on price and I never had an issue with safety or theft. We moved into our new home and was able to clean it handle the closing over the phone as well. So easy an old man can do it

Used Stanley Self Storage to store while we were moving from another city to the Spokane area. When surveying the surrounding storage facilities in the area, this one seemed to have the lowest $/sqft costs for the units, which is obviously a big factor. We used a 10' x 25' unit, and I was impressed with its condition and cleanliness. What I was most impressed with was their willingness to go above and beyond concerning working with me on move-in and move-out dates. While every customer's experience may vary, they were able to pro-rate me for moving in during the middle of a month cycle. Moreover, when I forgot to give the technically required move-out notice by the deadline, they were still able to take me off the system without being charged for the next month. Again, this really helped my family by not having to worry about extra costs during a move, and I think it should speak to the great quality of the management personnel. In short, it was both the best cost for unit size and best quality of service I could find. Hope this helps.

Angie has been the best!!! If we had issues, questions, or requests she was on top of it. I have referred many people to this location. If i come back to Medical Lake and need storage this will be my first stop.

We aren't customers there but we went there to purchase something from one of the units and we're impressed with the gates at the remote control for customers to use to let guests access the facility. It was clean, well-lit, and plenty of space between units for two vehicles and some foot traffic. I was impressed that it had electricity in the unit because when I was a storage manager that was not allowed.

4.5 Stars! We stored our stuff in 2 different units while looking for a house. The manager was kind & helpful in working out our needs. Only complaint was no heated units available. Very reasonably priced compared to surrounding units.
