We have stored our RV here for 5 years and had not a bit of trouble. They recently have a new management team taking over, and they are the worst! For 3 weeks now I have been dealing with a payment made the middle of December not being posted to my account. I have made 6 phone calls and sent copy of cancelled check and still have not posted to my account. I get emails and texts every other day stating I have a payment due coming up, but if they would post my December check then I am paid until 3/1. Looking for other place to store our RV now.

I've been a customer here for almost 14 years and have had nothing but good experiences. That was until recently (Jan 2026) when I went down to check on our old Motorhome that we are preparing to sell and found that 40 gallons of gas had been stolen from it. I guess whatever security the new management has didn't notice the bright red gas can sitting behind it or the hose tied to the side of it that the thieves were using as there personal fuel filling station. The thieves had gone under the motorhome and loosened a hose clamp and slid their line in to the fuel tank. So I'm out 150 bucks of fuel with no real assurance from management that they are going to do anything to lessen the chances of this happening again.

RS Park Place was an excellent choice for us. We kept our 26 foot travel trailer in one of their 30 foot spots safe and secure. Easy to get in and easy to get out, fully fenced and an electric coded gate, it was kind of perfect. We moved out after a garage was built for our RV, otherwise we’d still be there. The management is very responsive and provides a nicely maintained and secure storage park at a great price. I’d definitely use them again. Highly recommend!
