Clean storage units with great staff I feel like they care about protecting my belongings. The manager Christy is truly amazing excellent customer service skills and always willing to help out she has a heart of gold. I got two units for the special they are running at $75 a month can’t beat that price the drive from Spokane is like 15-20 minutes but worth every penny. get your new unit before the special ends. Units are filling up fast. You can also access your unit 24 hours a day as well and they have on Site security which is comforting.

Honestly, to have that much respect. support and customer service it still amazes me how much Christie will exceed expectations. Super friendly staff and clean facilities. I kept a bunch of my things here for about 3 years and they were happy to work with me when I had a banking hiccup that made my autopay stop working.

Beware if renting a U-haul from this location! We rented a trailer to be picked up Saturday morning only to receive a call Friday evening that we would have to drive to Deer Park to pick it up. If I wanted to drive to Deer Park I would have rented it from there! Only excuse given was that they can do this according to the agreement. Not helpful and rude. There are two other locations here in Nine Mile Falls that rent U-hauls.

I am currently trying to make my account online so I can pay my storage unit bill but it seems like the serve might have an error and the storage unit closes pretty early, I’m hoping this gets fixed. Other than that it is good service, just a little disappointed at the moment.
