Pros: quiet area, well lit, and clean property Cons: Shady bait and switch rate schedule. My rates increased 54% over a 2 year period. I would have accepted my rate if there current published unit rate was similar but it’s not. They are showing a premium 7x10 rate of $84 I was paying $199. They had zero desire to negotiate and stated multiple times the online rate was only for new renters and everyone eventually ends up paying the same. I assume that means new renters will see hefty increases every year. Okay for short term storage but if you’re looking for long term storage you may want to inquire elsewhere.
