Let the manager know in April I saw...

Let the manager know in April I saw evidence of mice in one of my boxes, he took pictures of it and I thought it would be addressed. In June when I moved my stuff out I ended up bringing mice into my new house! About third of my boxes had evidence of mice, found a nest in a dresser drawer and chased a live mouse out of my house! The only recourse I have is to file an insurance claim (through the insurance I got with them because I was led to believe I legally had to get additional insurance) to receive a maximum of $250 with a deductible of $100. Ridiculous.
