My parents have been renting a unit here for many years now and I myself have had a unit or two before. We have never had any issues whatsoever regarding the unit and the customer service has been amazing and the prices are reasonable for some pretty spacious units and it's gated with individual codes so it's really safe!! And it's not located just out in the open, which makes us feel a bit safer about our things. It's in a pretty decent neighborhood/area.

I have been renting a space here for the past 12 years since we moved to Port Angeles. Two years ago we moved our primary residence, and updated our address. Amber however forgot to update it in the computer so win the rent went up by four dollars, we had no idea. She promptly locked us out of our unit. Keep in mind, that in the 12 years we have never had one single late payment, or anything happen. But, instead of phoning us, our phone numbers didn’t change, she just locked us out. When I spoke to her the following workday, she refused to apologize, and just told us to go somewhere else. I really think that if you are in customer service, you should actually consider customer service to be something important. So best of luck to those of you who choose to go here. You never know when they’re gonna turn on you.
