Kori was very helpful and made the whole process easy. I was having trouble getting verified online, and she took the time to manually verify me, explained the terms very cleaely, and she even provided me w/ a map of where my unit was and offered to walk up there with me. The facility itself was very clean and well maintained. When I opened my unit it was completely clean — no stains, no leftover items, nothing. It’s clear Corey takes good care of the place. Overall a really smooth experience.

I stopped by just to get some information unfortunately there was no person there, but I was able to use the kiosk and talk to someone via FaceTime. She gave me all the information I needed. Looked at all up online came back. Did a one-on-one with Cory. She was amazing answered all my questions showed me all of the units I needed to see. I asked her about the rental trucks. She went over that in detail. Great experience. I downloaded the app was able to access no issues. The whole process is pretty seamless.

On July 30, 2022 We rented a 5x9 storage for $89.00/month. The first month was 50% off. This is a newly constructed storage off Highway 162 and cross street 128th Street E. (Puyallup/Orting). The building esthetic is a nice design. They run under Daffodil storage. Initially we had our storage with Public Storage in town. Decided to transfer our items here as it is across the street from our home. The application online was almost seamless, almost perfect. I was unable to complete the app process as it was charging me the full amount $89.00. Kristin and Amy has been such a pleasure to work with. She toured us our storage location and where the restroom was just in case. At that time half of the building was not completed as the parts were still on back order (post pandemic) typical delays. The building has a front rear gate. You need to download the app to open/close. Only 2 users available to use the app. The move transition was swift and easy. All completed on the same day. Love the convenience of this location. We decided to get another storage for our daughter 10x15 for $164.00 (1st no 50%) as she had so much stuff. She did not want to bring them to her new place in Spokane. We plan to sell some stuff of her stuff slowly then rid the big unit. We are highly satisfied customers.
