I'm not to happy with the new owners. All the changes they've made in late fees I had a pay date for the end of the month that way I was never late. And the old owners never put the lock on my door. But the new owners put the lock on the 6th of every month and on top of the $20. A month late fee, because I still can't pay before the 6th. There going to charge me an extra $25. If I don't pay before the 14th. And on top of all that. I used to be able to pay in cash. But no more with these new owners. Money order, cashiers check, or bank checks. They just started taking a credit card. But what was wrong with cash. I got a reciept, so nobody was getting outted anything. There not flexible at all.
