Alyx is hands down one of the best people I’ve ever worked with when it comes to customer service and rental experiences. From the start, they were incredibly kind, flexible, patient, and willing to go above and beyond to help us during a really chaotic move week. After a long and exhausting day, even just talking with Alyx made things feel less overwhelming. They’re not only amazing at their job, but truly a great human being who actually cares about the people they interact with. That kind of service is rare these days. I’ll absolutely be recommending this Extra Space Storage location to friends and family moving forward. Exceptional customer service is hard to come by these days, and Alyx truly set the standard. Had to clean out my cousins storage unit at the W. Armory facility. The office staff was very helpful assisting with recording the power of attorney & giving move out instructions. All phone calls & emails returned in a timely manner.

Rented with Extra Space for 4 years. Would have kept renting here but I am moving out of state. Safe, clean, and well maintained facility. Reasonable rates as well. The staff is really nice especially a shout out to Alyx. She is very sweet and super helpful with our move out and all my questions.
