I had such a great experience with Public Storage thanks to Mike! From the moment we arrived, he was welcoming, professional, and incredibly helpful. He took the time to walk us through the available units, answered all of our questions thoroughly, and made sure we felt confident in our choice. What really stood out was how smoothly he handled the entire move-in process — everything was quick, organized, and stress-free, which is exactly what you hope for during a move. He informed us of an issue with our unit so that we were able to correct the problem and secure the unit. This is a very important and welcome service to us. Than you very much Mike. I have had a great experience here. I worked with Wesley. He took me to a few different sized/shaped units and offered similar sizes based on what I was debating aloud during my time there. He was nice and patient, and I didn’t feel rushed into making a decision. He helped me get the best deal between online and in person. The storage units themselves are situated in a classic confusing maze, but all the units are on the ground floor which I like. I recommend!
