Fast efficient on site registration & move in help

I did the online reservation and prepay, which wasn’t quite as simple as they advertised but the reality is, there’s a lot of paperwork for storage. Our on-site experience with Carlvil, the manager, who helped check us in for the first time, could not have gone better. He was very professional organized and walked us through the final paperwork process, use of the rolling gate entry doors, elevator code, As well as location of carts and restrooms. This is a very clean brand new building and I think you’ll be very happy here, especially with someone who is so knowledge of the bldg and process
