Phil made the experience fantastic. He's very knowledgeable & professional. He has great customer service experience, was very informative & made our rental experience seemless & great. I appreciate the quality of the services provided by Safe Storage (from the new building, the clean heated units to the security) are all top notch. But, great customer service is something you can't teach. It comes with experience. From the call to the rental agreement we were grateful for his service. Much appreciated & thanks so much Phil you're the best!

This storage unit is pretty new, very clean throughout, and the manager here named Phil was really professional and friendly. He was very helpful in finding a good unit for our needs and for the right price, and my son and I enjoyed our expereince working with him. Glad we found this place and we are happy to have made the move here.

Phil was such a help in getting us signed in/set up with Sound Storage! The facility is conveniently located for ease of access to my bulky things that I don’t have to shove into my spare bedroom anymore. Clean facility. Trollies for easy item hauling from car to unit. But back to PHIL !! So kind, so professional, VERY charming. While we were there, we got to see him interact with other established customers. Everyone referred to him by name. You can tell that everyone he interacts with feels his great energy. I look forward to storing with Sound Storage. And I look forward to getting to see Phil again !! 5/5 stars. Will definitely be recommending to others !!

I had an excellent experience at this storage facility, and a big part of that is thanks to the Mr. Phil. He was incredibly helpful, professional, and he genuinely cared about making sure everything went smoothly. Phil took the time to answer all my questions and made the whole process stress-free. The facility itself is clean, secure, and well-maintained. It’s clear there’s strong leadership here. Highly recommend!

I happened to come by on a day there was a planned power outage and Phil went above and beyond to find a solution so I could still get into a unit that day. I really appreciated his knowledge of the facility, especially given that he had no access to his system or the internet, as well as his clear commitment to excellent customer service. The facility itself is brand new, well lit (which was especially important to me as a woman moving items in and out alone), and it smells and looks incredibly clean. Highly recommend!
