Picked this place because it was inexpensive and close to home. Few months ago I get an email saying that my unit rent was going from $105 a month to $157 a month (after their additional fees) thats almost a 50% increase in rent. Not to mention it hasn't really improved: - only stg I've seen with such limited hours 8am-6pm to access your stuff - no on-site staff or office to help with anything, its dirty They have a giant roll up door that would.be convenient for moves in and out, its bolted shut so you old have an average size man door to access. They have large prices for bate minimum amenities.

I see now that West Coast storage has taken over management, that there are now more units empty. Owners should take heed, and realize most tenants were there for the affordable price and that it wasn't a large corporate run business. I myself have been there since 2022, and am now vacating.

Waste of time, reserved a unit , no one is on site. They dont bother showing you the unit, and are clueless to what the units height is... save youre money and time. Also in a very sketchy and shady area with lost of "wanderers". The manager also talks to you in a very "smart" manner.

Was affordable, until west cost storage took over management... Now they are raising rent, and forcing new payment dates ( mine was 18th now they want a month and a half payment to make it due on the 1st) couldnt tell who broke into units but can tell if you left something out front for free. Miss a payment west coast puts a prelien fee on top of a late fee. Before it was just a late fee. Been there since 2022. Will be leaving there now that its not an actual small business owner, and have to deal with west coast storage.

Rent paid on time every month for many years. Now the new management company that took over has figured out ways to steal my money as I am disabled living under poverty guidelines. This was five star, until McNalley Management took over. Now it's a zero star rating by me.
