Helpful and friendly staff. Chessica assisted us along with her co-worker. I do have some concerns about the property not being secured all the way around and the back of the property has no iron fencing and there are holes in the neighboring chain link that allows easy access from non unit renters onto the property. See photo below regarding the advertisement of secured fenced property. There has to be a way continue the iron fencing around the property. Aside from that, great staff and new and clean property.

The storage units are nice and the staff on-site are terrific. But West Coast Storage (owner) price gouges. Rent raises are often, and usually 10% or more.
