Be warned that your rental rate will increase every few months. Their business model is to entice you to move in with low rates then systematically increase the rent. My original rate was $46/month and now is $84/month. This was over the course of a year and a few months. Be cautious dealing with this business - rent is month to month. They can and will increase at any time. It seems like a safe place to leave your stuff - no issues there.

Jennifer at Iron gate storage is phenomenal. Very engaging and knowledgeable about the facility and the sign up process. I’m glad I called Iron Gate Storage first. When I dropped my first load, noticed how well kept the property was in general. I highly recommend this storage unit. They even have moving trucks available for rent if needed. Top notch!

Highly recommend, I was in and out with a new storage unit in minutes, she was incredibly nice, thorough and made the process a breeze, they have an app you can utilize which is amazing, affordable prices and most of all secure!! Nice climate controlled units, carts and dolly’s that aren’t falling apart and an elevator for easy access to upstairs, I’ll be here for a good while.

I moved items in about 10 years ago. Just recently moved them out. They were in the exact same shape as when I left them. On top of that, the crew here is nice, helpful, and respectful. And, on top of that, the other tenants are nice. The place is clean, organized, and the crew is always ready to help. They have moving supplies, all that you need, and you can rent a moving truck. If you need storage in Vancouver, put them at the top of your list. Cheers!
