Recently the gate to get in was having trouble around 8:30pm I called the # left a voice mail that I needed to get in and shortly after got a call and he came and let me in to get my stuff and it was past the time the gate was locked! Climate controlled is a huge plus as well!

Frustrated by the lack of communication—calls during business hours go unanswered, and my emails receive no response. I haven't even had my storage unit for a year, they sold the business to some larger company, and new management already raising the prices. DO NOT USE THIS STORAGE FACILITY!
