It's a nice little self-storage with good security. The 6:30am - 10pm operation hours has been a small hassle at times. The area has some shady people around, but so do trees. The place just needs a drive-in screen to watch movies while you store your junk.

Was here for a few years. Place was always clean, secure, and safe. Never had an issue or problem. Security codes and gates/doors always worked. Communication from office was always honest and timely. Would use again. Thx!

I usually don't write reviews unless my experience was superb or very horrible. In this case this business went above and beyond. We worked with a lady name Jacqueline (owner,, manager,, unsure) she was very friendly, helpful, professional, and courteous from start to finish. She always responded in a timely manner. She was so helpful and had saved us money. We ran into a problem at no fault of theirs bur we were so pleased that she was able to resolve our problems. I would highly recommend this business. I probably wouldn't use this storage facility again. I don't know how prices range at these places but I thought my space was a tad over priced. The guy was nice, he has a nice little set up. After dark though he locks the gate so at 5 something in the Winter. That bites. You have to call him to get him to come unlock the gate and he was rude to me like I was putting him out. His customer service is the reason I'm giving him 3 stars. I came in 3 times one day before to tell him that the combination on the lock wasn't working. Twice he tole me that I was doing it wrong. He came out and watched me trying but then went inside without helping. I finally went in and told him there was a pregnant lady at the gate. He sprung from his chair and contacted his helper who had forgotten to change the night lock to the day lock. He lost me there.
