And due to some unforseen circumstances there's a time or two I have been late on a payment but as long as I stayed in communication with them they've always been great about working with me. They seem very family oriented and caring which I absolutely love! Thank you ideal mini storage!!!

Eboney RockenbachIdeal Mini Storage is the best storage place to rent from it has drive up access secured with cameras and gate access code plenty of exterior lighting and the unit is equipped with electricity as well you can access your unit as early as 5:00 a.m. which is great for me because I work at different times so it's convenient for me to be able to grab the tools I need for the day and as late as 10:00 p.m. which works out perfectly for the days I work late the staff is very attentive and super friendly I have rented a few places here in Tri-Cities but this one is by far the best they got me in when I needed and I only paid half then I expected and my first month was free they really helped me more than they'll ever know I love you guys and appreciate everyone at ideal Mini storage on Van giesen in West Richland
Jenn RojasMe and my partner had to quickly move out of our home so thankfully we set up our reservation within 24 hours. It’s alittle hard to find if you use Apple Maps or google maps but if you look closely off of Van Giesen then you should see it. It’s across the street from Circle K. Grace is a very sweet woman who assisted us in getting out storage unit sorted since our lock was frozen
