This is a longer review but I’ve waited years to make it. I have had a storage unit here for almost 3 years. I needed a storage unit as I had just moved out on my own, was a young single mom, and needed to somewhere safe to store our keepsakes. Getting my unit was so fast and simple and Stacy helped me with everything. Over the course of 3 years I have, objectively, been what most businesses would consider a “risky customer”. The amount of times I had to call and tell Stacy I would be late is too many times to count. There have been many times where I had to pay two months of storage at once due to being behind on my bills. It felt like every month I was calling, which sometimes I was. Now sure, I was proactive in these calls and made them as soon as I was aware I would be behind, but either way I was still calling and being late. Every time I had to call I was prepared to be told I needed to empty my unit and move on due to being behind so often. Not once did I get told that. Stacy met me where I was at, she was understanding, she was kind, she was compassionate, and she never once made me feel worse than I already did. 3 years is a long time to deal with someone who was in my shoes, but Stacy did. A storage unit may not seem like a big deal to most people, which it’s not to most. But for people like me that didn’t have more than a bedroom to store your most important possessions, a storage unit is a godsend. I couldn’t have asked for a better place to have a storage unit. Without Stacy, I would have lost every single keepsake/childhood memorabilia I own. To say Stacy is a walking angel is an understatement and I cannot thank her enough for being willing to work with me through some of the most challenging and chaotic years of my young adult life. To Stacy, thank you so much. Because of you my kiddo will get to see so many things I’ve kept throughout my life that would’ve been lost a long time ago. I’m more thankful for you than you will ever know.

Stored in a non climate controlled unit here for almost 2 years with no problems. Clean minus typical tri cities dust of course as that gets everywhere! Owners are always welcoming and friendly if you see them and pricing is reasonable. Highly recommend if you need a place to store things.

Ive had my unit with here for 11 years now. I haven't had any problems. There are video cameras throughout the property for added safety. Staff is friendly, welcoming, and helpful! The office provides an easy going atmosphere, very relaxed and organized.
