About Washington Storage Company

Our West Richland facility with resident manager features convenient drive-up to storage units . For your peace of mind, there are also security cameras and personal coded automatic entry & exit gates. 8 ft high fenced facility, and security lighting. We can help over the phone from 9am-9pm 7 days a week.

Please note, our office hours are available by appointment only. Please make your reservation online and we will contact you to schedule an appointment.

Friendly

Was surprised to show up and not have a code to put in.. you have to get out and push the gate open and closed... all in all super friendly people. They ended up changed my unit over due to leaking in the one they put me in. Went to leave and again no box to put a code in and the exit gage was locked.. had to back up, in the ice and snow to go out the entrance gate. Cheap place to get a storage but the friendly staff make up for the few minor inconveniences

Thank you for your review , the good news is we are having new key pads and new automatic gate openers put in on the entry and exit gates the first week of April that you will use the key pads and of course gate will open and close automatically. The gate access hours will stay the same 7am- 9 pm daily

Best prices

It has a locked gate but you have to open the gate. But seems totally safe and secure. Plus the price is way better then the rest of them.

Very good value

I am still in the process of my move, and my stuff is still at the site...but so far, I the facility has met my expectations, and provides a heck of a good deal for the price! Now, if you are looking for a place that is super clean, provides air conditioned spaces, and gives you coffee every time you come...this place is not for you (just kidding on the last part). But if you want a place to store your belongings that is safe, relatively clean, and provides the best deal in town from what I have researched...than this is it;-)
