Brendan is the BEST at the Appleton location! Very chill and easily helped me with questions I had (insurance, etc.). Very easy to get in and out of the storage units too! Great experience thus far. My mom and grandma also have storage units so our family highly recommends!

The local on-site manager was very helpful and took his time to explain the lease options as well as showing me the various storage units available. My gate access code did not work on the first day of my lease. Since it was the weekend, the on-site manager was not there. However, upon entering the lobby, I was greeted by a virtual assistant kiosk and she was able to get me an emergency gate code. All was good. The next time I saw the on-site manager, he got my assigned code to work and all is well. The facility is clean and meets my needs.

Brendan is a great help in all matters of account setup, closing and billing. His happy demeanor makes otherwise boring visits to a storage unit a better part of my day. The facility itself is clean, dry and well-maintained.

This place is great. Had reserved a unit and got a call the following day to make sure I was still good with it. Was advised I would be shown around taken to unit and everything was taken care of. The site manager was awesome he helped me out a ton and answered any questions I had, He even helped clear up some confusion from the internet special I purchased and made me feel very at home. I highly recommend this place. Top Notch.
