From my very first conversation with Mike, I felt confident I was making the right choice—and honestly, he’s a big reason I chose Storage Sense. When I first called, Mike didn’t just answer my questions; he went above and beyond to provide additional information, explain everything clearly, and give me a real sense of what to expect. His knowledge, patience, and genuine willingness to help gave me the confidence to move forward. Since moving in, every interaction has reinforced that first impression. The team is friendly, professional, responsive, and truly goes above and beyond. The facility is clean, easy to access, and the drive-in loading area makes moving so much more convenient. Storage Sense has exceeded my expectations. Great facility, outstanding customer service, and a team that genuinely cares about its customers. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them and would absolutely use them again!

I never expected to get concierge service when renting a storage unit, but it happened! Jacob helped me with my entire sign up and lease process and he was extremely informative, very kind, and answered all my questions thoroughly. Customer service like he provided is mostly unheard of these days. Mark was also very kind and informative, and the day after I signed my lease, was extremely kind and respectful (had to mention as lease signing day we didn’t speak much). These two set the bar for how my experience will be going forward and I hope it continues!

Posted 5 months ago: Never answers when you call. Doors have been broken can't drive in or out. Been like this for months. Update: Back door to exit is still broken. Has been broken for nearly a year. You have a small area to turn around and then you have to drive out the opening. This is extremely inconvenient and not safe. Yet they raised rent.

Mike is super personable. He helped me when I needed a unit to store my things while I was between homes. He answered all of my questions and explained the things that I didn't fully understand. I highly recommend this place if you're looking for a friendly staff and a safe place to store your items.

Very quick process, welcoming with great customer service. The men at the front helped me reserve, or hold a storage unit so that I didn’t have to get a bigger one due to the high volume of customers and I do appreciate that, and would recommend Storage sense
