I have contacted customer service (foreigners answering the phone) multiple times about my move out. I've been out since February and am still being charged! Obviously nobody who cares for the units live nearby, otherwise the unit would have been noted as moved out MONTHS ago!! Now they are trying to give me a deliquent notice when I was paid up before I moved out!!!

Packer storage understands when customers have a problem and works it out with the customer, and is always fair and honest to their customers and did a good job fixing up the roads in the storage area, I encourage packer storage to keep making Improvements to all the storage units. Keep up the good work.

Good company, but if you need help it goes to third party and the last time I had an issue I never heard back. Could definitely be better

Could be better, and have gotten a little better, had some billing issues initially as well a issues with insurance, also getting tired of the regular price hikes. So actually 3 stars might be to many.
