This was the first time that I have rented a storage unit. I’ve been thinking about it for awhile, but hesitated because I didn’t want a long, complicated process. I contacted the company, and found them really helpful and informative. They assisted in explaining what it would look like if I needed more space at a later time, and got me set up with my unit from first call to access to my unit in under fifteen minutes. This was also done on a Saturday, which was much appreciated as I don’t have much time during the week to deal with these things. They had locks available for purchase, a very fair price and saved me the trouble of an additional stop before moving my winter tires to storage. I have been very impressed with the overall experience.

Contact back was quick and I was given the option to call, text, email as needed. Completion of the rental transaction was made convenient in that a contract was left in the unit which I completed and drop with initial payment in the drop slot. The facility so far seems well kept.
