It was very easy to rent the storage unit online. Customer service was great. When I went to the unit, I realized the door was too small for my needs. I asked if I could get a refund and they gave it to me immediately it was no questions asked. So I am pretty impressed with them.

Christina was extremely helpful throughout the time that I rented a storage unit. She was responsive, helpful and patient when my move out date changed unexpectedly. The only concern I had was that the price increased significantly without notice in the 10 months that I had the space.

Good storage units. The downside is that their prices keep going up. I started with a good rate for about 3 months. Since then the rate went up by about $50 dollars each year after. I've had my unit for two years and the price went up about $100 since I first got the unit. I would not recommend them because of this continuous raising of monthly rates.

Signed up by phone yesterday. Everything seemed to be going well. Right now my sister is there with items meant for the unit. They didn't bother to give us the access code to the door behind which are 4 units, one of which is ours. No one to ask. Will be spending extra money on additional time for rental vehicle. Kinda important, dontcha think?
