we just started renting here. we have two units both 10x20. the first unit inside is great but none of the doors from exterior to inside are secure. the second unit we have that's outside had insulation falling down from the ceiling. the post that door is attached to the track is bent in. we brought it to their attention they tried moving us but they have no clue what size their units really are. there's trash all over the place, dumpster over flowing because wm hasn't been there to collect the trash, and the parking lot needs help. overall I give it a three star rating because of the lack of maintenance there. but their prices are wonderful and staff is helpful for the most part.
