I called two different times and both times the representative was very helpful polite and courteous. They helped me find a storage unit that met my needs and my budget. Easy reservation but dirty unit
Easy reservation and directions for checking in. But my unit was QUITE dirty! Dead crickets and dusty dirt everywhere. Had to go get a broom to clean it myself.
