Easy sign-up and easy Check-in. I did not get the name of your front desk staff when we checked in, but she was phenominal!
Streamlined
This was the smoothest, easiest rental I've ever done. I reserved my unit and paid after business hours, all online. I was able to go to my unit on a Saturday, when the office is closed, and use the gate code I was sent after paying to get in. I never had to go into the office for anything. Streamlined.
Joseph was very nice to deal with
Joseph was very nice to deal with. Although I do not care for the Public Storage company at all! At this point it is my only option. And I still may not. I’m hopeful to only use them for a month.
