hello and thank you for checking out my review. After seven years of residing at the same place, I am getting kicked out for reporting drug activity from my neighbors. I needed to immediately seek a storage unit for my belongings. I came across CubeSmart and came in today and the guy was absolutely phenomenal! He created a code for me and we went and tried everything and he showed me how it all works, and it worked great. I am looking forward to this new experience in renting a storage unit for the first time in my life. I am a huge believer in the Customer Service here as it was absolutely top-notch. In fact, his son came to take him to lunch and they actually waited until our transaction and business was all settled before he left for lunch. He assured me that customers come first. Eric is the best!

The gentleman we spoke with this morning (1/16/25) was so incredibly nice and helpful. He answered all of our questions and showed us around to our unit. The facility itself is really nice and very clean. We are happy we decided to go with them.

Cubesmart gave me the worst experience in my life. It was just over a year ago- 4 days before Christmas- A staff’s error caused my entire unit of belongings (my family’s 3 bedroom house) to be auctioned and entirely gone from location despite the payment agreement & neglecting all communication left in my file by their own staff. They offered no help to resolve their mistakes. They didn’t apologize. Terrible customer service. Terrible storage service. I never got my stuff back. They refused to contact the buyer of my unit. They refused to acknowledge the notes in my file they had missed which caused this to happen. They stopped answering my messages or returning my calls. I’d give them zero stars if it was an option. If I hadn’t just lost everything I would’ve gotten a lawyer. It’s been one year and I still hurt deeply over these circumstances.

We initially went just to rent a 5'5' storage unit for $30 a month and realized that unit was too small. On the website the next size up offered was 71/2'by4' for $37.50 but we were told no the next size was 7'10' for $106 with a40percent discount for a couple of months. We did not want to spend that much money on storage but we were there with all of our items and ready to unload. The gentleman that took care of us was quite thorough and professional.
