Not even an entire month in and my units lock has malfunctioned, leading me to have to change my plans for each day. Told to call back in the AM despite calling in the "AM" (8:45am, 9am & 6:20pm) I mean the units are decent but the cameras on the inside of my unit(NOT FOR MY PEROSONAL PROTECTION), the horrible customer service and no support when things like stupid electric locks, fail. Not the biggest deal as I will be moving as soon as I get a hitch installed on my truck but what I pay for each month, to be hassled? I will find elsewhere to give my money away to. Yeah, finding out slowly but surely, Barron County especially has alot of this kind of business and mentality...makes people NOT want to live here because of the lack of class and uprightness. This is not how to conduct business.

Nice storage. I rent a few different storage buildings due to locations and signup for this rental was easy. I was able to rent and access the storage on the same day. Very polite staff and the process was a breeze. My recommendation is to skip the padlocks and avoid the frustration. Get a lock like the one pictured. You can unlock and lock everything with one gloved hand which is nice in the winter.

I have rented a 10×20 unit now for over 6 months and it has been great. It is conveniently located for me. The driveways were kept free of snow all winter and my unit was easily accessible. I love the automatic payment option too. I would highly recommend Moon Lake Storage if you are looking for a safe place to store your belongings.

I have utilized the Moon Lake storage unit going on 3 years and I absolutely love it. It is nice and spacious as well as the security measures they take are wonderful! The cost is very reasonable and it is in a great location. If I need to reach out to someone in regards to the unit they are available anytime and if not they call me back immediately. Nice, clean, safe storage, with a convenient location. I personally like that they have cameras on the buildings and inside the units too. Let's me feel assured my stuff is safe! Nice dude answering calls too. He waived a late fee for me when I forgot and paid a day or two late. Appreciate that kind of customer service 👌 😎
