It was super easy to get set up with a unit through the website. You can feel comfortable knowing that the property is secure. The unit was clean on move in. Very reasonable pricing.

Great place for additional storage. I had one of their larger units for 12+ months and never had a single glitch with anything. Facility is always clean, secure, snow plowed etc... The digital billing is also super convenient where the company gives you the invoice several days before it's due. Also move out was a breeze. I just gave them a call, John picked up after the first ring, sent a few pics of the unit cleaned out and away you go. Would highly recommend if they have open units.

St croix was a great place to rent. Great people tho sometimes hard to get a hold of for questions, the website was also another rhard place to get logged into to chnage payments types and my address after moving out of Wisconsin and back into Minnesota. All in all great place, but today after cleaning up my unit to end renting and trying to contact them on what to do for a move out, I got bad vibes from them... I'm an empath so it may just be that, but I felt a lot of rudeness. And no thank you for renting with us, and good luck on whatever like most places do.. so yeah rudeness is what I felt. But that's just my opinion and I could be wrong.

Badger State Storage is the Cadillac of Storage. John Henry the owner is a Class act and spoke with us directly. From the booking to the actual Rental itself it was seamless. The hands free text to open and the autopay option made move In a snap. I would give more than 5 stars if available and would highly recommend this facility. Thanks again John for making our rental experience quick and painless!
