It's a bit creepy and confusing to navigate at first. I'm not sure if the inside is a work in progress and they are gonna continue to brighten the place up but there's a garage door you can take your stuff out of your vehicle through and there's an elevator also hard to navigate the 1st time there LL is where the garage door is located 1st floor is closed off so maybe they are working on 1st floor but my unit is on 2nd floor so I was relieved to find out there was an elevator. The floors are a bit freaky walking on but there's motion sensor lights. I'm bad with measurements so I wasn't sure how small my unit would but but from the looks my 10x5 will fit all of my extra stuff I've had in my spare apartment bedroom. I paid 3 months in advance and was really easy to do so online the customer service rep over the phone was very helpful as I've never had a storage unit before she answered all my questions. Also if you're wondering for first timers they provide a circle lock and 2 keys inside your unit and the green tag can be broken off your unit :) the only part out of the whole experience I did not like was the roof of my unit was basically really big chicken wire and I feel like they should atleast put something over the top to cover that. I definitely wouldn't put high valuables in my unit but the simple stuff is OK

Pretty decent. Tho had an issue when I got my first unit. It was NOT the 5x10 I signed up for. It was more like 10x3'3". Not the first time this happened to me here. Then there was the huge hassle and time to get an actual 5x10. Took over an hr to accomplish. The agent, Ivy I believe her name is, was very helpful and patient in dealing with me. Company regs prevented her from having some extra charges waved. We'll see what happens next. Follow up.... issue resolved.. money was refunded and actually even received a price break on the size difference. Prompt and immediate response from the managing company. I was extremely impressed. Happy camper here now.
