I am tired of the rate increases. I understand inflation and cost of living but since this company took over my rates have increased $150.00 over 2 units. I've received 2 rate increases per year since CubeSmart took over. It's a complete joke. This is the last one they are receiving from me. A small increase per year is acceptable but this nonsense is not. Stay away unless you want to get ripped off.

Edited to a 1 star. New owners DO NOT respond. I have left 3 voicemails and sent 2 emails over the last couple months and never received any communication back. I would avoid using any cubesmart facility. Lots of other options. My original review was done before CubeSmart purchased this location starting early 2024. Any reviews from prior to that time are the old owner not the current ones. Be prepared for HUGE increases in rent once they take over. Everything written below was from based on the previous owners NOT THE NEW CUBESMART OWNERS. The value is no longer there. There are a ton of other options at much more reasonable prices out there. Excellent facility. Feels safe. Easy to do business with. Great lighting. Friendly. Ability to set up autopay online. Overall the best storage we have used in the area and we have tried a few. Excellent value. I highly recommend.
