Great facility and great staff! Jack was incredible. We had two snafu’s upon moving in that Were little things, yet Jack stepped in, did some research and went above and beyond to make our move in process very pleasant. The software used to enter an exit the building is outstanding. Very secure.

I ended up not needing the unit after all and cancelled my lease, however during this whole time I had an A1 customer service experience with Jack at the Sun Prairie location and online reps. Communications on my rental options, sales and types of units was very clear and useful. Getting set up was quick and easy. Will recommend and will look out for them if I ever needed extra storage.

Very nice place. I dont know if I could go with any other storage unit. The first time I went, it was dark out, and I didn't feel unsafe at all while I was there. They have music playing so it actually feels pretty fun. You come in through huge garage doors. There are carts you can use to move all your stuff in/out. You get bluetooth access to your unit which does require you to open the app but it is nice because you don't have to supply your own lock. The only thing I had to pay was an account fee of 29 dollars for the one month I stayed.

Spoke to the office employee and he was so helpful. Made it easy to increase the storage size unit, walked me through how to use the app and answered all my questions. This is my first time using a storage unit and everything is going smoothly. They also offer carts to help move your items from the car to my unit.

Spacious and clean storage units. Friendly staff in the office. Convenient hours and utilizez an easy-to-use app for access. There are several different sizes available. We never had pests or other unsavory issues at this facility
