I patroned this facility for 2 years. Stopped renting my unit at the end of January and still have not received my security deposit back. They do not reply to any emails, they do not return my calls, just have a 3rd party service answer and tell you management will call you back, but they don't. Very unprofessional. Edit: 4 months later and I received my security deposit. Never got a phone call or explanation. Hope the owners okay but renter beware.

Storage Inc. Pardeeville location is fantastic- Had what I needed and the new owner as of February 2026 has been great to work with; prior owner and biz structure was not ideal. The new sheriff in town is solid.

If i could give a 0 star i would. Moving is already stressful enough and the least stressful thing should be utilizing a company that specializes in storgage. We arrived and there were someone else’s items in our unit - i called and explained to customer service that the moving company i paid for was on their way and i needed to be dealt with ASAP. She told me that she would have the manager call me back in a few minutes. I called again when 30 min went by and i didn’t hear anything. I was then told to move the items out myself (which is an unacceptable response) and that the manager would be contacting me shortly. Here i am almost two hours later still no call. Hopefully someone will contact me after the review. Pictured is HALF of the things I had to move. I understand things happen out of the companies control but the one thing they can control is their customer service. 0/5 stars. Save yourself the headache.

This is by far the worst storage company I ever dealt with! 0 out of 5. I reserved a unit and it took my money and never was able to move in. I called customer service and keep getting the run around and no unit after paying for it. Customer service said the manager was going to call me and I waited 4 hours and no call back. This is very unfortunate and unprofessional and I’ll be filing a bigger claim if no one calls me back.

I had the worst experience with this storage. I rented a 10x20 storage unit paid $119 for it. Went to bring all my belongings to the unit to find out that someone already had the unit with a lock on it. I contacted customer service which then the had to call the manger and what they could for me was give me two unit 10x10 me having to pay $70 for one of the units and the other unit was free for 3 months and then after that I had to pay an additional $70. Where does that make sense?? I asked for the manager to call me and have yet to hear back from him. I ended up canceling mind you had to rent a U-Haul truck for 6 hours and I’m now going on day 2. I call them to see when is my refund going to be issued and it’s like I’m being brushed off.
