The facility is clean, easily accessible, and I feel SAFE storing my belongings there. I recently moved to the area and into a smaller house, so I have more things than I really need. Packer Storage is affordable, and if I have any needs or questions they are easy to get ahold of. I would recommend this storage facility to anyone!

Very responsive when I contacted however even after I left them a message letting them know it's an issue, nobody seems to handle the fact that people aren't locking/closing the gate which is a huge issue to me since much of the reason I chose this location was for the secured entry & fence. I suggest holding the people accountable who leave it open since you have cameras. (Not sure what the old owners did but it was never a problem then) Otherwise this is a great place if that issue can handled.

Easy to contact,clean storage facility. Rent kept increasing every year, not sure how it was comparable to other facilities but just got a little to high for me to manage. Although I would rent from them again if needed. Nice friendly management.

Happy with this business, my only concern is that I wish they would plow up to the outdoor vehicle storage so we don't have to walk through deep snow, other than that I'm good with everything else.

All great. Very reasonable priced. Very understandanding on missed payments to an extent which help out in hard times. Have had long term storage there for many years. Will need to purchase an additional unit in the near future and boat storage as well
