Paul DailyJessie at extra space is crushing it! While moving out of my apartment I sliced my hand on the garage door and she helped get the first aid kit while I stopped my bleeding. She then also graciously helped solve my problem and sold me an extra unit and moved the insurance over to the other unit. Jessie has great customer service skills and made us feel welcome and taken care of. She deserves a promotion for some of the characters she has to deal with sometimes.

Reception was great, unit was easy to find but there was a trick to opening the door so had to ask for help. Unit was clean and as expected. Tested the app for gate entry, worked well. Exit was a bit more difficult, you have to be practically on top of the gate before it will open. Ironically they have a big sign on the door warning about potential dangers.
