He's very slow to respond. We're still waiting for security deposits to be returned after emptying and cleaning 3 units we had rented for our furniture and household stuff over 3 months ago. We discovered water on the floor of the units. Our furniture had mildew on it. Some of the furniture was 4 generations old. There was another month rent charged to my card for 2 of the units, after we had emptied and cleaned them, and had returned the keys.Which after waiting since September, we still have not received. We were told it was sent to our previous address. My niece bought our house, so if it was sent there, I'm sure I would have received it from her. I asked him if he could check to see if the check he said he sent had been cashed. He said it would cost $50 to reissue the check. He also said my wife owed him an apology for saying we'd seek legal action. As of this time he still is not responding.

Very nice storage facility. Unit was free of moisture and no signs of deterioration. I liked the locks on the units as there is no way to be broken into and liked the 24/7 surveillance. Would recommend these units 100%.

This was hands down the easiest and best experience I’ve ever had renting a storage unit. We rented for a year while trying to find a home in the area. The units are clean and dry. You can tell the owner cares about the place because he’s always out there working. He also knows a ton about the area and was happy to refer us to the professionals we needed. Pay no mind to the one star reviews, they don’t reveal the truth about my extra garage. Upgraded drainage, top notch security, easy access, and timely clear communication are all a part of what made this experience so great. When I needed to store my boat in a pinch he made room and helped me out. I’m a bargain shopper, so I called all the places before coming to town, most of the other places were impersonal and I felt I was just a income source. After a few minutes on the phone with Thad, I rented a place on the spot. 10/10 would recommend.

Great location. Easy access too. Very safe and secure. Rented almost 3 years after moving to Wisconsin. Never had any problems. Owner is very nice and a pleasure to work with. Pricing is very reasonable and did not increase during the time i rented. I would definitely rent again If I need to.

Overall a very pleasant rental experience. Clean, reasonably priced units. Owner is always available and easy to reach. If the place were mine I would use a more user friendly type of lock and I would add some (motion detect) lighting in the units. Brook Bremmer
