I loved my unit and thought I would have it forever. I had it for 10 years. Then many issues combined to make me decide to decrease my stored items, and thus move out. The rubber strip on the right side of the unit door was always loose, for all the years I rented it. Therefore, it was not an issue due to StorSafe owners. I'm sure it will be repaired prior to new renters. New lighting had been installed on the outside of the units which provided excellent lighting at night. I rented Unit 3 in West Bend. Thank you!

Sure it was nice in the beginning, handing you the world on a silver plater, 89$ for a what now is 180$ storage unit (late fees) weather stripping falling off on upon entry (it should be fine) tell you you can pay on a certain date, work with you and such. But then few months go by, late fees? You have email why don’t I get a notification that it’s time to pay? I’m sure it’s as easy as sending a late fee notice? No? “Oh that’s why you should have autopay to avoid this” ok so why do I always get overcharged? “Oh well the fees are up compared to two years ago the fees have gone up as per cost of expenses” expenses? There’s no power to these? “Oh property taxes gone up and employees” employees? Don’t you have an app? “Telephone services email things like that” ok I get it. But a 45% increase in just 6 months? Payment date changes, now it’s the 1st of every month? what ever happened? your just like my ex service provider and I know I may not be the best customer considering I went thru spectrum. But this… wow. In one year you can make 3,000$ off one unit. Average should be 1200$ for that type of unit. WHAT DID I DO TO DESERVE THIS? (Hello everyone hi yes uhh all I can make of this, is… LETS GET AN EIN AND MAKE YOUR BUSINESS RISE THE RANKS THRU LATE FEES!!! we will make it to Forbes lists in no time ^~^) OH and STORSAFE? well you can definitely “STORE” but the “SAFE” yea after this experience that’s definitely what I don’t feel. I’ve been with them a little over a year and they are very lenient. I read some of the reviews and they don’t cut the locks that quick. They work with you. Yes you will have a late fee but at the same time they won’t just put your stuff out like that . When I was sick last month I accumulated late fees due to me not having the funds at the time but I still had my storage unit with all my belongings. To me they have reasonable rates especially for the location . They give you until the 10th of the month to pay without getting charged late fees . It can’t get any better than that. Best storage experience ever . Keep up the good work you guys .
