Very Convenient
It was a fast and easy process to rent and pay for a storage unit online. It was easy to find the unit and was in great condition. I did try to call the office to make sure I didnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t have to stop in before going to the unit for the first time, however I got no response. Other than that it was great!

Security gate never worked
Since the day I rented in 2022 the gate has always been wide open yet they continue to raise their rates. Very disappointing. Luckily I paid for extra insurance yet I wonder if they will pay since there is negligence on the part of KO
